Velvet Byron Bay opened 2017-19 to rave reviews, and it is no surprise. Manager and head chef, V, created fresh delicious salads and snacks. V is also very passionate about her coffee which is hands-down some of the best in town – they use the only highly technical Modbar coffee system in Byron Bay.
The fresh and modern cabinetry for this project was made for multiple parts: the back and front of house plus the customer tables.
The front of house features American Oak veneer and black suede-looking cabinetry, Carrara stone waterfall bench tops.
Back of house has commercial-grade integrated stainless steel sinks and benchtops with Blum hardware.
Tables were made with powder-coated white steel legs on castors with a mix of Carrara stone and American Oak tops.
